Therapy is an important investment in your present and future. Initial assessment appointments last one hour and are $135. Follow up sessions are 55 minutes long and are $110 per session, with a cost of $50 for each additional half hour. I accept most credit cards, cash, checks, and most health savings credit/debit cards. There is a $10 discount for cash and check transactions. Fees are due at the beginning of each session.
I do not accept Insurance. However, many insurance plans offer Out of Network benefits. Call your carrier and check your Out of Network plan. Explore the Out of Network deductible, and the percentage of reimbursement the policy may pay back to you. You are responsible for my total fee at the time of service . A monthly receipt will be available for you using the Patient Portal. Submit the superbill directly to your insurance carrier at your leisure. I do not guarantee any reimbursement from your carrier. No guarantee of clinical improvement is given- all outcomes dependant on work and ability of client. No refunds are given for services rendered.
